Well, I don't think he would contact Makoto since they never met, but he may contact Mamoru, since he knows of Serenity's relationship with him.

Hmm? Right now, I envision two things either a log where he asked to speak to Mamoru in person, or some kind of video/voice post? Would Serenity know that he's contacting Mamoru? Actually what will Serenity be doing while this whole thing is going on? Is she unconscious because Kamui took to much blood?!

I'm fine with either, whatever you prefer. Question though, when he feeds, does anything happen? Like, does he see memories, does she, is there pain, no pain, etc?

Right. His canon is pretty ambiguous about that.But from the two blood tranferring scenes, there is pain for the bleeder. And it doesn't seem like the other person gains anything.

Also Kamui doesn't really bite,he cuts a gash and drinks from there.
