Why am I not surprised that no one knows a thing? I took a look at the library trying to find anything about it not long ago, out of curiosity, but they have nothing on it. In fact, they have little to no content related to this world in there.

I wouldn't be surprised that even the library has nothing.

[Frowns]...there are idiots who have been here for much longer, and they know just about as much as we do. I can't be kept in the dark like them. It's not okay.

I'm not exactly comfortable with that either. I've been trying to just live my life, but not knowing anything about this place still bothers me.

I know I should but... This really isn't the kind of situation I'm used to.

[If they were dealing with 'the real world', Jigen would know where to start to actually get somewhere. This world of fantasy and magic isn't exactly making things easy.]

The closest I ever got to 'magical' things was when me and my partner had to fight this illusionist. And even that doesn't classify as magic because they were just pretty elaborated tricks.

It's not really an excuse. It's more like stating the truth. My world wasn't exactly strong in the 'fantasy' department.

I'm guessing you are a lot more familiar with that, aren't you?

Yes and no.

My home world had some magic, but I don't use magic. I'm not very knowledgeable of it either. But I wouldn't let some spell hinder me.
