No. The only way a person could be a vampire if they were given blood from a purebred. Purebreds are the only ones that can change people into vampires. And it can't happen from a bite, there has to be a sharing of blood.

Nothing happens to a person if blood is taken from them, but I can only speak for my kind. I've met other vampires here and their rules are different.[But they were pretty similar.]
