Have an image of a large metal pot with the bottom burned through and slight blackened. And now have another image of a young man looking at said pot with disdain. Nearby is the charred remains of what looked like kitchen utensils and maybe a cookbook, which seems burned the most as if out of frustration the book was cast into the flames. But the kitchen in the background managed to look quite impeccable despite what was in front of him.]

...who knows how to make soup? Anything to help cure a cold? Also if anyone knows where medicine is available, I want that information too.

(Soubi nods) rub it on the chicken. Under the skin too. ( I'm guessing the chicken is that cut up stuff, but if not can we assume he told him to cut it up?) After that use salt and pepper on and under the skin too. Then tell me how the veggies look.

[ Does that, thinking that it was weird at first, but he kept his opinions to himself. He needed to do this soup and well. And unforunately he couldn't do that without Soubi. Once he was done with the chicken, he went over to check on the vegetables. They were turning slightly darker.]

It's a tint darker and softer.

(Soubi raised his eyebrows.) Take it off the heat. Your stove must run hot. It was only supposed to turn a translant color. Is the oven pre heated to 400 yet?

Next taking a sheet pan and place the chicken on it. Put that in the oven for 25 minute.

[ Turning off the burner, he get out the sheet pan. Sheet pan. Check. Chicken on sheet pan. Double check. And in the oven it goes. On the side he sets a timer for 25 minutes.]

....[ Kamui was a bit amazed. Especially, since he was the one who made it. Still he couldn't be convinced that he made the soup well until he tasted it. He placed some of broth on a tasting saucer and gave a taste. It wasn't bad.
